TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ORDER!

◻️ GENERAL INFOBy commissioning me for work, you agree to my TOS.I will not be responsible for any misrepresentation if you do not read my TOS carefully.No rushed commissions.Models are made on a first-come, first-served basis. I make no more than 2 models at a time!I reserve the right to deny or cancel your commission if I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you've proven to be troublesome.I reserve the right to broadcast and post the process of my orders on twitter/twitch. Please contact me in advance if you wish this to be concealed.You will get all the ready-to-use files in full resolution via a google drive link.You can broadcast or make monetized content using commissioned work.You may not use assigned work in any technology related to blockchain (including NFT), cryptocurrency, etc.Please include my information when using commissioned work.Do not reproduce, distribute or modify ordered work without my permission. Please contact me in advance if you plan to resell or remade my work.In case of a serious violation of my TOS, I reserve the right to sell the model, changing the original design of the model to suit myself.

◻️ ORDER AND PAYMENTOrders are accepted via X (Twitter) / Google Form / VGen / Fiverr / Etsy. Agencies and companies, please contact me via email !Do not commission me if you are having financial struggles.The order is chosen based on how well I think I can do it and whether I personally like the project.If you only order a rigging service, I have to check your .psd file with the model before I accept the order, to make sure it has all the layers I need for rigging!References and character descriptions are required! I don't make up the character design, I only work with what you send me!You can check my price list on the COMMISSION page. Currency is in USD! PayPal transaction fees are not included in the price list.If there is no problem with the price and other details of the work, you will need to pay 50% of the 100% fee.I will add your order to my timeline (you can check it on my Trello) after I receive your prepayment. I will contact you to confirm the details of your order again before I begin.When half of the order is complete (meaning finished art), I will request an advance payment for the second part of the order (rigging). For one service order, a second prepayment is requested before the finished files are sent to the client.If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client's cause, the deposit will be non-refundable.If I cannot finish the commission due to my own cause, you'll be issued a full refund.Once the work is finalized, refunds cannot be given.

◻️ WORKFLOWWhile working on your order, I will send you regular updates.For art orders, I usually send updates 3 times during the process as screenshots: (a) sketch, (b) line art in color, (c) when modeling is almost complete.For rigging orders, I usually send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos: (a) face, (b) head angles, (c) body movement and (d) when rigging is almost complete.If you wish, you can ask me to show a extra moment of the art/rigging process!Please feel free to ask for any changes or edits. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.Minor edits during the process are free (but please don't abuse it).Major edits before and after the finished work is handed in are not free.Major edits can be any of the following: changes to clothing, changes to body build, additional animations, additional expressions, changes to animations, changes to more than 10% of the model layers.The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.

◻️ DEADLINEWork usually is done within 14-60+ days depending on the project and how busy I am and situation in my country (Ukraine).If you need the work done quickly and want it to be a priority, you have to pay for urgency. The price depends on how quickly you want it done.Keep in mind that the priority of commissions is as follows : rush order > regular, but fully paid > regular, half paid.I usually need more time if I have other commissions that need to be done before yours.I will try to complete your commission as quickly as possible, however, please be patient with me. It is never my intention to "scam" or "cheat" my customers, even if I am working long hours on their order.

◻️ FAQDO YOU DO HAND TRACKING?
I do not currently offer this service.MY MODEL IS NOT CUT CORRECTLY, DO YOU OFFER ON-SITE CUTTING?
Yes! Please check with me, as it depends on each model, whether I can accurately cut the model, and how much additional cost. However, I do currently offer this service.WHERE CAN I SEE THE REST OF YOUR WORK THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THIS SITE?
I'll be updating carrd and uploading all my work here over time, but for now you can find all the other examples on my X (Twitter) or VGen Portfolio.WHAT DO YOU USE TO DRAW / MAKE VTUBERS?
I use a XP-Pen Deco Pro as a tablet, Clip Studio Paint as an art program, and Live2D to rig vtubers.MY QUESTION IS NOT IN THE FAQ, WHERE CAN I ASK IT?
